As power communications network gets more and more complicated， to improve the intelligence of network fault analysis for root alarms， concept models for network configuration relevance and time relevance are proposed. Based on the proposed model， the event-tree analysis rules model is improved and an alarm correlation analysis engine system is designed， thus the accurate and real-time alarm analysis for network root alarms is realized.
