摘要

首先概述了电动汽车发展的技术、经济、环境和政策背景，简要综述了大量电动汽车广泛应用对电力系统的影响，评述了现有文献中提出的电动汽车调度与控制方法。然后就电动汽车广泛接入对电力系统所带来的经济价值评估、电动汽车调度及其优化算法、电动汽车充放电控制等问题提出了研究建议。

Abstract

The technical，economic，environmental and policy background associated with the fast development of electric vehicles（EVs）are first clarified，followed by a review of the impacts of the extensive integration of numerous EVs on the power system concerned.The available dispatching and control methods relevant with EVs are next clarified.Then，suggestions are made about research work in the evaluation of the economic impacts of EVs on the power system，the dispatching problem and the optimization algorithm associated，as well as the charging and discharging control problem.
