摘要

介绍了一种新型智能变电站高压集中式电能计量终端。该终端采用先进的硬件平台和软件处理技术，支持全光纤以太网接入，组网结构灵活，能够适应不同规模智能变电站电能计量的需求。终端具有较高的计量精度，支持基于IEC 61850标准的信息共享和交互。产品已成功应用于某智能变电站试点项目。

Abstract

A new centralized high voltage power metering terminal is proposed. Advanced hardware platform and software processing technology are applied in this terminal. The terminal supports the access of fiber Ethernet， and has a flexible network structure that can adapt to power metering demands of smart substations with different scales. This terminal has high metering accuracy and supports the IEC 61850 based information sharing and interaction. The production of the terminal has been successfully applied in a typical smart substation.
