摘要

采用IEC 61850标准的技术和面向对象的方法，为小电流接地故障选线和定位装置进行了信息建模。建立了基于故障暂态信号的小电流接地故障选线逻辑节点和小电流接地故障定位逻辑节点;使用这些逻辑节点，给出了故障选线装置和馈线终端装置（具备故障定位功能）的设备模型;分析了暂态零序电压、电流信号的获取方法。

Abstract

Information modeling for line selection device and section locating device of single-phase earthing-fault is done based on IEC 61850 and object oriented method. The logical nodes of line selection and section locating of earthing-fault based on transient fault signals are defined. Using these logical nodes， the device models for fault line selection and feeder terminal unit（FTU） with fault section locating function are developed. The methods to obtain transient signals of zero sequence voltage and current are analyzed.
