摘要

介绍了南方电网发生的一起直流中性母线过电压保护动作实例，分析了中性母线过电压保护在故障中暴露出的不足，重点分析了南方电网直流控制保护功能反事故措施方案的制定以及RTDS试验验证情况。所提出的反事故措施已在±500 kV高肇、兴安及±800 kV楚穗直流工程中得到实施。

Abstract

An actual fault example of action of neutral bus over-voltage protection（59EL） which caused healthy pole out of service after fault pole blocked in China Southern Grid（CSG） is introduced. The shortcomings existing in protection system of presented projects in CSG are analyzed. Improvements of anti-fault scheme are presented based on theory analysis and verified by RTDS test. Dangerous to the improvements are also described. The anti-fault scheme has been implemented in±500 kV GGⅠ，GGⅡ and±800 kV YUNGUANG projects.
