The characteristics and applying situations of operation modes of the existing domestic dispatch， substation control and operation & maintenance centers are analyzed. The construction method of the integrative dispatch and centralizing control center adapting to intensive management is discussed from the aspects of operation management， procedure and key technologies， which provides a reference for the construction and management of the integrative regional grid dispatch and control center.
