In order to solve the depth, scope and velocity problem of resource sharing in a power information system, an information sharing scheme based on location-index is proposed. A bit-based array as the index for location of nodes in the State Power Information Network(SPInet) based on the hierarchical topology is described. By publishing redundantly and aggregating the location indices, a fast and exact orientation for target nodes based on multi-channel is realized. The performance analysis and simulation experiments illustrate its efficiency, reliability and completeness. Meanwhile, less system resources are used.
