摘要

根据国家电网公司对电力能源的节约化和精益化管理要求，实现配变台区的自动采集。研制了一种集电能计量、负荷管理、公变监测、无功补偿为一体的新型电力需求侧管理终端，介绍了其总体设计思想、模块化的硬件设计、分层面向对象的软件设计，最后给出了典型应用方案。

Abstract

According to electricity energy savings and lean management requirements of the State Grid Corporation， to achieve distribution transformer district automatic acquisition， a new power demand side management（DSM） terminal with such functions as energy metering， load management， public distribution transformer monitoring， and reactive power compensation is developed. The design ideas， modular hardware design， and separate layer object-oriented software design of the power DSM terminal are described. Typical applications are given.
