A kind of photoelectric integration current and voltage transformer which can measure current and voltage simultaneously is introduced. Optical current transformer and optical voltage transformer are built in a same insulator. Faraday mirror-typed optical current transformers technology is adopted for current transformer and total reflection optical voltage sensor technology for voltage transformer. Double optical routes compensating technology is used for solving the error caused by light debilitating and birefringence. This device ran well during the trial operation in sugar factory power line of Jiamusi 110 kV substations and it can meet the practical requirements of the site.
