摘要

研究、设计并开发了实时数据中心系统。该系统基于PI（plant information）实时数据库开发，建立了企业级的实时数据中心平台，并实现了丰富的应用功能，有效地解决了各个信息孤岛的信息隔阂，可以高效、快速和方便地存取与应用企业级实时数据。简要分析了供电企业自动化及信息化的现状和PI数据库的特点，阐述了基于PI数据库的供电企业数据中心系统的体系结构、应用功能以及相关关键技术，最后介绍了该系统在深圳供电局的实际应用情况。

Abstract

Most power supply enterprises have established EMS， TMR， LMS and MIS， but these systems can't share information efficiently. This paper develops the real-time data center system（RtDC） based on the PI. The successful application of RtDC effectively solves the“information islands” barriers issues，and makes enterprise real-time data efficiently and easily access. It not only provides a powerful real-time data platform for power supply enterprise information system， but also provides a strong technical support for production scheduling， operation management， marketing and business decisions. The current situation of automation and information systems and the characteristics of PI database are analyzed，then the architecture， functions and crucial technical issues of power supply enterprise RtDC are discussed. Finally this paper introduces the practical application of RtDC in Shenzhen Power Supply Bureau.
