摘要

回顾了CIGRE的电力市场和监管（C5）专业委员会成立以来的主要工作和历次会议主要议题，重点围绕2008年国际大电网会议中关于电力市场方向3个主题的论文和大会讨论，介绍了国际电力市场研究的工作重点、现状和未来发展方向。

Abstract

The main effort of CIGRE study committee C5（Electricity markets and Regulation） since its establishment and major subjects of previous panel sessions are briefly reviewed. Focusing on papers and discussion on three main preferential subjects on electricity market of CIGRE 2008's panel session， international research focus， current status and future direction of electricity market are introduced.
