摘要

变电站防误操作闭锁系统对于防止现场操作人员操作步骤错误、避免人为操作事故起到重要作用。介绍了一种基于IEC 61850标准的变电站新型防误闭锁系统，该系统由站控层、间隔层和网络传输层组成。介绍了站控层防误系统的实现、间隔层防误系统的实现及网络架构的优化。该防误系统是在线实时系统，充分利用站内设备，不需要额外的设备投资，并且具有智能程度高、方便、无延时、可靠性高等优点。

Abstract

The substation anti-maloperation system is important in preventing the maloperation caused by wrong operation procedures or man-made mistakes. A new anti-maloperation system based on IEC 61850 standard is described， which consists of three main layers， the station anti-maloperation layer， the bay layer and communication layer. The implementation of the anti-maloperation rules in the station layer and bay layer as well as the optimization of the communication layer are discussed in detail. The new system can not only provide real-time and online operations without additional investment， but is also a more convenient， intelligent and highly reliable system free from delay.
