Improper accessing method of dispatching business application to the State Grid dispatching data network（SGDnet） often leads to abnormality. Mainly focusing on the technical issues， the accessing specification of power dispatching application to the SGDnet in East China puts forward some specific requirements in several necessary topics， such as application's physical accessing method， network's hierarchical structure， usage of TCP service and normative design of application communication protocol. The Specification can effectively normalize the development and on-site accessing of an application， ensures orderly， stable， safe and reliable operation of the SGDnet in East China.
