摘要

500 kV濉溪变电站是安徽淮北地区第1所500 kV综合自动化变电站，隶属于华东网调直接调度管理，网调对事故及异常处理的正确性和快速性有了更高的标准，要求事故处理的时间大幅缩短（事故发生后5 min内汇报故障基本情况）。为了适应大电网快速发展及对变电站故障处理的要求，保证变电运行事故处理的正确性和快速性，从专业技术角度和运行管理上对自动化变电站事故异常处理流程进行优化，达到快速处理事故的目的。

Abstract

Suixi substation is the first 500 kV substation in Huaibei city， Anhui province. The substation is directly managed by the East China Power Grid that requires a higher standard for correctness and rapidness of fault and emergency process with asking for a shorter processing time（report the basic state of the fault in 5 minutes）. In order to adapt to the above requirements， this paper optimizes the fault and emergency process of Suixi substation from viewpoints of professional technique and operation management.
