In order to reduce the debugging workload， raise the development efficiency， and make the relay protection simulation both satisfy the real-time requirement and guarantee the fidelity and flexibility， logic analysis methods about each link of the relay protection simulation are studied. Based on the proposed methods， a relay protection simulation models which have nothing to do with the operation mode are developed. In addition， the corresponding protection simulation flow chart is designed. Finally， the validity of protection models is verified by taking the simulation training system of a certain collecting control station as an example.
