In view of the coexistence of multiple control systems in wind power plant，this paper introduces an integration of the wind motor control system and electric control system for wind power plants based on the OPC technique and the characteristics of SCADA system. Thus， the interconnection problem of multiple control systems is solved. At the same time， the issue on network security is discussed and some security strategies and measures are proposed. Finally， the advantages of this supervisory control scheme in the electric power system are also analyzed.
