Focused on the effect assessment of generator units in the primary frequency regulation(PRF), an integrated and mature system is established based on the analysis of local conditions of Central China Power Grid. The correct operation rate and contributing electricity are used to quantify the effect of the generator units on the frequency stability of the network. The structure of the system, the relevant algorithm for calculating contributing electricity and some key techniques in realizing the software are introduced.
