摘要

以西北电网的低频振荡问题为例，分析和比较了投入电力系统稳定器（PSS）和增加互联电网之间联络线这2种方法对互联电网区域低频振荡的抑制效果，指出由于弱互联电网联络线存在负阻尼效应，因此更好地抑制互联电网区域低频振荡的方法是加强互联电网之间联络线的结构。

Abstract

For the low-frequecy oscillation problems of Northwest power grid， the two methods of employing power system stabilizers（PSS）and increasing tie-lines between two connected power grids are analyzed and compared. It is pointed out that for the weakly interconnected power grid， due to the negative damping effect of weak tie-lines， the better damping low-frequency method is the reinforcement of the tie-line's construction of interconnected power grid.
