摘要

综述了2006年国际大电网会议（CIGRE）C2电力系统运行与控制技术委员会讨论的自然灾害对电力系统的影响、电网安全运行标准及准则、安全自动装置（SPS）、移相变压器（PST）、广域相量测量系统（WAMS）、早期预警系统、安全运行的可视化展示、热稳定极限的动态监测、多级控制中心之间的协调及数据交换等热门技术课题。

Abstract

The CIGRE 2006 study committee C2 system operation and control is introduced. Some hot topics in the session are described， including the impact of natural disasters on power system operation， system security standards and grid code， special protection schemes（SPS）， phase shift transformer（PST）， wide area synchronized measurement system（WAMS）， online security evaluation and early warning system， visualization， dynamic thermal rating， multiple control centers coordination and data exchange.
