The high reliability and automatic level of traction power-supply system is demanded in high-speed electrification railway. The characteristics of all parallel autotransformer（AT） feeding systems are introduced. Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of conventional protection and control scheme， a new protection and control scheme of feeder is proposed. In the new scheme， the protection principle of AT and the auto-control principle of feeder are discussed. By means of the remote communication channel， the information between traction substation and AT section post is shared. The new protection and control scheme of feeder improves the reliability and automatic level of traction power-supply system.
