COORDINATIONS BETWEEN PREVENTIVE CONTROL AND EMERGENCY CONTROL FOR TRANSIENT STABILITY
摘要
It is very important for an interconnected power system under the marketing circumstance to analyse quantitatively its stability online for tracking the actual operation condition and make decision on stability control adaptively. Preventive control and emergency control are complementary
however
they have been studied in an isolated way. This is certainly unfavorable for stability control optimization. In this paper
the coordination between them is formulated as a nonlinear hybrid programming on logicdifferencedifferentialalgebraic equations (LDDAE) with many constraints including transient stability. With the sum of the annual cost of preventive control and the probabilistic cost of emergency control as the objective function
an optimization procedure is proposed.
