摘要

为适应电力企业各类自动化与信息化系统不断增长的互联、集成及全方位开放需求，提出了一种用于电网SCADA/EMS/DMS等系统设计的平台建设技术。该技术基于广义的网络平台(广义软总线)以及分组、分层、分块的平台体系结构。在构造应用系统及与电力企业网各系统的互联通信中，此平台技术体现了更大的开放度及持续可扩性。
