摘要

简要总结实时电价研究及与其联系密切的最优潮流(OPF)的进展；提出一种基于最优潮流的实时电价计算方法，并可以将有功、无功的实时电价分解到各种辅助服务(旋转备用、网损补偿、电压支持、网络安全等)中；应用内点(interior point)算法求解该模型，从而避免安全性定价剧烈波动的问题(“go”“nogo”)。
