摘要

在实际安装FACTS装置时，需要首先选择FACTS装置的最佳安装地点。文中采用模态分析方法，通过分析 FACTS装置对电力系统稳态稳定性的影响，提出了用于提高系统稳态稳定性的FACTS装置最佳设置点的选择指标，其特点是不必对整个系统进行仿真。通过对实际系统的特征值计算和仿真，验证了所提出的选择指标的有效性和实用性。
