摘要

韩国的电力信息通信事业以架空地线复合光缆(OPGW)组成的大容量光纤通信网为基础，不仅为电力系统调度运行和经营管理服务，也考虑到21世纪信息需求，通过有线电视网、移动通信网、增值通信网、租用电路以及将开展的多媒体通信等方式为全国公众服务。本文介绍了这方面情况，对韩国采用OPGW的原因也从技术及经济上进行了分析。
